    Registration Fee includes:

    • access to lectures and the exhibition spaces
    • access to the Digital Proceedings (which will be supplemented with all submitted presentations, papers and videos of presentations and discussions two weeks after the Conference)
    • refreshment (coffee, juices, water, pastries, etc.) during breaks and lunch.

    Remarks:

    • After receiving your filled application, we will issue you a pro forma invoice - an offer.
    • Authors of presentations that will be presented at the Conference are exempted from paying the registration fee.
    • If a presentation has more than one author, the one who will present at the Conference is exempted from paying the registration fee.

    Cancellation Terms and Conditions

    Cancellation of paid Registration Fees:

    • for cancellation to 3 days before the Conference the Organizer refunds 100% of the paid amount
    • for cancellation to 1 day before the Conference the Organizer refunds 50% of the paid amount (despite the cancellation, the applicant will be given an access to the Digital Proceedings).
